LOG IN PROJECT

The LOG’IN project “inclusive housing for people with disabilities as a response to social autonomy” aims to improve the qualification of learners in Europe who are involved in a process of promoting disabled people inclusion and autonomy. 

LOG’IN project objectives  are to meet the needs of the various social actors and disabled beneficiaries in the field of inclusive housing. 

The project goals is to create an adapted training programme and educational tools for the project target group to help them develop their skills (CAREERS) and promoting the autonomy of disabled people by allowing them to live in their own place in special houses or flats where they would be together and helping each other.

TARGET GROUPS

FAMILY CARERs, VOLUNTEERS, ATTENDANTs

Family carers, volunteers, attendants for people with disabilities who support people with these disabilities towards autonomy and willing to help them by contributing to this innovative process.The idea is to let them to have access to inclusive housing in a collective spirit and new values

STAKEHOLDERS

Stakeholders, partner organizations and other associated partners to establish a network and a community of practice in the support of disabled people at local, regional or European level to share information, improve skills and actively work on advancing the general knowledge. 

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

People with disabilities who will benefit from the support and contribution of caregivers. These people could be disabled workers looking for autonomy.

TRAINERS

Trainers who work with caregivers to provide knowledge and know-how in terms of shared houses.

1 – A GUIDE

 A Good practice guide that will propose and adapt new skills, dedicated to inclusive housing sharing for disabled people.

2 – A TRANING PROGRAMM

An online course  will provide the opportunity to deepen their knowledge through innovative interfaces to enable them to keep a link between social action to be built and people with disabilities in search of autonomy

 

3 – A TOOL BOX

Gathering relevant tools to be used to support workers with methods adapted to their needs.

4 – PEDAGOGICAL RESSOURCES

Online tool gathering data from the toolbox and evaluation phase, that will enhance the content of training methods for caregivers in their future actions to support people with disabilities towards social inclusion.
